How did you come to be in this position?

I opened a Fashion Blog in 2009, worked in the social media industry for 8 years, creating marketing campaigns until I’ve decided to open my own social media strategy company and while Working with big companies- I start facing problems to acquire good developers. In the mist of issues with the team and my clients, I came across to a coding bootcamp and decided to subscribe myself. I started the bootcamp in 2019 and graduated during Covid19 quarantine. I joined the Miami tech community and start understanding blockchain and A.I. Currently, I'm working in a patient management software that will help independent doctors in poor communities maintain their database secure and safe.

What advice would you give young women looking to enter your current line of work?

More than stay focus, I would say “be Persistent”. You have the tools to do anything you put your mind on. Accessibility is the key to the expansion and adoption of the blockchain space.
