Our Mission.

Women remain vastly underrepresented in leadership positions and across various fields of work. As a group of women in such careers, we hope to inspire the #NextGenWomen to pursue their fields without fear. To do so, we are creating an online resource where young women can read profiles of women who are currently in their career of interest, and even contact them if they have questions or hesitations. This will foster mentoring opportunities and create connections that will help immensely in their future endeavors.

Stay tuned for more updates from us! We have big plans!
